I got 4 today. Just one from a pullet with the other 3 being from much older birds.

That's the way it's been for me this year. My 4-5 yr old RIR are the few giving something. My pullets are holding out

Love to follow and see eggs! My flock is 6 months and 18 months. Younger pullets never started before the short days set in and older girls started a second molt. I thought they all molted early fall as production stopped and they started laying again for about a month. Sorry to bring down the post! Glad people are having luck.

I come out at 6 in the main coop 2 in silkie they had a ball in their tractor today got the top knots wet see better that way there is roof on it and part way down each side keeps them dry
