How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I keep thinking about setting some aside to hatch too.
Also a science teacher I know wants me to give him some fertile eggs around the first week of March, and that is just around the corner!

It sure is.
Will it be a class project.

Make that 45 today... I found three more in a bucket on my porch. Probably frozen, but still...

3 today. Before they slowed for winter they were all laying in nest boxes. Now that they are starting up again all but the one that layed all winter are laying on the floor of the coop. Nest boxes clean and fake eggs in the ones that my good laying girl doesn’t use.

Got 4 today but one was a soft shell layed on the poop board . I'm pretty sure its one of the barred rocks that just started laying . Hopefully in a few days she'll be squared away .

Today eggs are going in the incubator I just bought

4 today, but one of the Marans laid another one with a soft top. I think it was the same girl as before, Pella. She was a wonderful layer, then stopped in late November, started again sporadically, and now she’s laying soft tops. I’m getting worried.

6 today. 13 yesterday but that was 3 days again. I didn’t have time to do anything but feed/water them hah
