EEs can take a while to start. I have one that started at 25 weeks, and another that still hasn’t laid an egg at 28 weeks. I wouldn’t worry too much while you’re gone.My girls (EE) will be 21 weeks on Sunday and have not started laying yet. I’m going away for the weekend and hubby is on egg watch. I figure this is the weekend they will chose to lay their first egg. As much as I want them to start I hope they don’t until I’m home!
