5 out of 8. Hopefully I get at least that many tomorrow, I don’t think the eggs my broody’s sitting on are fertile so I want to give her a new clutch.

6 so far but 2 are from my friends layers as two of them are the others may follow none are older than 2 years

Was tickled and amazed to get 9 eggs. Production is picking up! Still not very many considering we have 23 layers, but a definite improvement over the ONE I was getting for weeks, and production is increasing daily, so we are pleased.

I live in Upstate New York, goes into the teens at night and about 30s in the daytime

7 out of 8. I gave the 6 on the left plus one from yesterday to a broody. I had to kick the other broody out of a nest to get to the eggs though.

You know if I had to deal with cold like that for long periods, I probably wouldn’t do well since I’m not used to it. BUT, I really wish we had a more defined winter here in MS. Last winter never really happened and we’re on course for the same this winter. Lots of rain but a horrible lack of cold temps. Some of our January’s get down to teens and single digits but it doesn’t last long.
