I don't have a traditional laying breed so I find this unbelievable hahahaYeah, I'm wondering if it's because they're still young, and I've been giving them the extra light each day.
Sorry, I don't understand. What do you have? I have a calendar hung up and mark each day the quantity. Most of them will lay by 1 or 2pm, then I'll get the last one or two closer to evening time. I'm expecting to come short tonight since they've been so generous lately haha.I don't have a traditional laying breed so I find this unbelievable hahaha

I finally got my first egg since fall from my olive egger0 eggs out of 9 chickens for some reason my hens are not laying in the winter and it’s not that cold here because I’m in Florida. They appear healthy and act normal??? I have no clue why they are not laying could it be the change in daylight hours?
