2 yesterday...still holding out for more today before my final count. Most of mine lay in the morning but my Mystic Marans likes to take her sweet time and by the time she boots everyone else out of the favorite box, it's afternoon and she sits in there for over an hour. So hers are usually mid-afternoon or so.

That's very interesting, so, they are roosting / sleeping, and then all the sudden have to take a dump only it's an egg, so like us, get up out of bed, grumble and goto the loo, in this case, the egg box? do their thing, scratch and go back to bed?
