7 were laid, but one got squished by a couple others trying to squeeze into the same nest together. I gave 4 to a broody and brought the two that got all eggy in to eat.

That sucks! I didn’t know freezing and busting eggs was a thing. I may find out. It’s supposed to get down to 13F Monday night. That’s super cold for here.

Well telling them if they didn't give me eggs I was going to make soup didn't work lol tis life it frustrating yes I just started getting eggs from the pullets I hatched and bam they all stopped at once . I'm sure when spring hits I'll be begging people to take eggs lol
