9 today big girls the banty started laying again in the main coop .. Ones in banty land are too young

4 yesterday--so far today 4 and one was laid under the roost early this morning

**updated found 2 more-one under the nesting boxes and one new looking one in the nesting boxes...so I think that means ALL my girls are laying now (as the Polish twins only lay every other day and they laid yesterday)

4 today, 5 (4 plus a 1.19oz "first egg" really) yesterday. We got rid of our cockerel yesterday morning and two of our freeloading "holdouts" ran into the coop and each laid an egg as soon as he left!

5/5 today. Have done so for ages. Our girls are pretty good. Sadly we’ve lost a couple chooks recently due to foxes and our geese attacked one and dragged her into the water when she got too close to the nest. Hoping to get more soon now we’ve fixed the coop for night time.

12 eggs today . Built my first ever A-frame coop today. I’m getting no calls on my RIRs. They are quickly outgrowing the brooder and need a bigger space to live. Doctor appointment is the only thing that stopped me from finishing. They should really enjoy it. 3 times the space as the brooder. These birds may have to go to auction.

I've been getting 2 or 3 out of 5 for weeks now. My leghorn and Salmon Faverolles are both molting. The red sex links soldier on!
