I'm down to 60 hens and 3 roosters chicken math.... I'll probably have more once the feed stores start selling chicks again

I was up to around 150 at one point last summer. It's a lot of work, but they're SO much fun

OMgosh.... The poop heap must have been impressive XD! I have 7 birds (parrots and quail) and my poop heap is.... yikes sometimes.

It's amazing the amount of poop you get from that many chickens

My beautiful eggs I can’t believe we went from 3 hens to 19 hens in just 1 1/2 years! Yes, today was a bit of a slow day with only 9 eggs because usually we get about 13, but the girls have been laying all week and I guess today all of them are taking a break!

So pretty! Could you share what breeds laid what colors?
