I missed a couple days. 13, 14, 15… My broody hasn’t slowed the rest down. It was getting crazy. My extra fridge was filling up with eggs. Thankfully my big egg buyer needed a large batch!

I have 11 hens and I think I got about 8 today, but it is only 12'o clock, currently...here is how they look.

All my hens are under 2 years old, or 2 years old.

11 of 20 today. Now have 2 broody hens. 1 Dom and 1 banty Cochin. The Dom doesn’t bother me that much but the BC is only 1 of 4. They already don’t lay every day. Gathering eggs for hatching might take a while longer. The good news is, there’s already babies in the brooder!
