She is not your only bird correct.

she isn’t but she is the only one that lays eggs of that size and that color. The other girl lays green eggs and the third is a silkie/duccle mix who lays tiny eggs. Neither have started laying yet

i’ve had it happen one other time before with my EE (rip) who laid blue eggs. I used to think it was impossible, read articles about how it’s highly biologically unlikely etc…until it happened to me .

Ten eggs yesterday; seven today. I think. Might have been 8. Def 8, 5 were green and 3 brown.

I had 6 from the main coop, new 4 had 2, Banty 5 gave us 2.

I've read so much on here about making sure the nest boxes are in a quiet corner or putting up curtains for privacy. However in my coop egg laying seems to be a social activity. Rainbow is in the box. Martha has spent the last hour sat just outside the box but she moved when I went to get a photo. "The littles" have been on the roost watching the whole time.

4 eggs from 30 hens, extremely cold where i am from + some of them havent started laying yet at all, it was time but i think the sudden cold delayed them.
