12 today! Been a great week from the ladies.

3 from 5 hens today, including 2 first minty greens from the Araucana I was complaining about not have yet laid a few days ago. And you wont believe it but one of them is sitting on them. Broody at first lay... how lucky can I get lol

p.s. I haven't finished painting in there

I got 2 out of 5 today.

4 yesterday and 1 today, it's better than the 0 I WAS getting haha

3 black pullets- check
2 white pullets - yep
1 grey pullet - ok no wait that’s a grey hen - where’s that Little Grey now…

And so it goes, I have 32 of them!

I also have 30ish lol idk how but when my hubby asks I tell him we have 15 and he believes it hahaha

I got 7 eggs yesterday.
We cooked a few to go with dinner last night. I love having breakfast for dinner!

Hahaha I tried that with my mum, worked well until she was caregiver while was working out west haha, I would watch her on the barn cameras trying to get them to bed, count them, gather eggs
