Six eggs so far at 8am, and one of them is humongous! Largest yet from my girls, I think. It weighs 116 grams, over a quarter of a pound.

Thank you! It’s rough when the flock is small to start with. I think they are happier with at least 6 or 7 members.

You weren't abrupt at all, so no worries! POL chickens sounds much easier. I raised my chicks in the house last year and it was a real pain. Very messy too! From now on any chicks I get will be brooded outdoors. LOLOh and thank you! Didn’t mean to sound so abrupt!
