Those are the Welsummers! They will lay a variety of very dark, to speckled, to dark speckled eggs.

I keep Australorps, Welsummers, and at the moment, a random Starlight Green Egger from TSC.

Ohhhhhh beautiful eggs. My welsummer eggs are just brown with tiny tiny tiny teeny tiny dots on them. Your eyes have to be right next to the egg to see them. Maybe because wellie is older?

Well I have four and each lays a slightly different egg. I think it's more like a variation from bird to bird.
