7 on Sunday, all of which were eaten alongside pancakes as part of breakfast pretending to be supper.

Yesterday I got 5. Went to make sure everyone was inside and Bernadebt was on top of the coop not in. I moved the board she was on and all she did was get on the pump house, then back to the top of the coop. I decided to take the board away from the top and she left to the front yard. I finally got her cornered and put her inside.

1 more for yesterday and 1 today. Août laid her soft egg with a long tadpole tail last night, and Juin laid her normal egg this morning.

Sis says we got a GC egg and another fairy egg. Eggs have been down in general…we’re only getting maybe one egg a day out of four hens. They’ve lost a few feathers but not so many I’d think they were molting. We made it through the worst of the heat without any production issues. Weird.
