How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Thanks, I didn't know that was a thing for chickens!
Here are a few links about Implant for chicken.

The thing is that - once the implant wears off, chicken gets back to laying egg again, is it safe to eat her egg? I have asked this questions, but no answer.

The Vet I went to reluctantly, hesitatingly....took a long pause, then say I guess you can.... I am guessing she is saying "At Your Own RISK"

Here in Australia, some Non Avian VETs will provide the service of administering the implant which is some pain relief on the skin, a big needle inject the implant on the chicken back and glued the opening.

The NON Avian Vets fee is cheaper than Avian Vets, but Vets that are in a rural area, or anywhere far way from the city will do it much cheaper.

Avian Vet very expensive in Australia. I wonder how they still in business at the shocking fee they charge. They are growing in number here.

I got 4 eggs yesterday

My 2 professional broody Wyandottes are out of their broodiness for NOW..they will get back being broody soon, they do that repeatedly.

My Japanese bantam named Agent J is back to being broody again. Last time she was broody, then got back to egg laying. I checked the egg register. She got 10 eggs since her last broodiness and now she is back being broody again.

I noticed Agent J is rather rounded, I wonder why? Now I know she was just putting it on to go broody. I just don't know what to do with her so I will let her be for now.

Just give me a week of no chicken drama please.

This is my haul from yesterday and today 🥚🐣
