How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

What in the world do you DO with 789 eggs? (trying SO hard to control my giggles!) I don't EVEN want to see your feed bill!

I averaged about 18 a day, and sell them. I make enough moola to pay the chooks feed and some of the horses feed

Today I have 18 eggs - tomorrow I will sell 14 dozen eggs to clients. That will clear out the fridge for this week.

That's impressive! I was being silly though, giggling over how many hens it would take to get 789 (7, 8, 9?) eggs a day from backyard chickens. Now THAT would be a feed bill!

1 yesterday.
My Isa brown laid a thin shell egg the day before, I gave her a tablet of Calcium Citra+D, she did not lay egg yesterday and this morning she was in a hurry to poop out that egg and the shell is looking much better. I will continue with the calcium tablet for another few days to make sure everything is in order.

Another 15/15 today. I guess they know it's Easter time! Lol.

We dyed colored eggs today with the Paas Neon kit. It's a pretty bright dye color kit. We will probably be hunting eggs inside this Sunday. Looks like rain.
