I have been steaming mine in a steamer basket set in a pot with an inch or two of boiling water. 15-17 minutes (depending on how hard you like them, I prefer mine to be pretty solid) once the water starts boiling, then into cold water to cool. I find that they peel even better than boiling, and it doesn’t matter how old the eggs are. Might be worth a try if you don’t want to wait 10 daysTrue this!
