I got 4 from 6 hens!!!! First eggs for both of my "Easter Eggers". Not a blue or green one in sight.

Both are laying light brown or as I like to say, mauve eggs! Oh well, they still taste yummy!

We only got 4, from 57. Between everybody deciding to molt, short days, cold weather and young pullets that are yet to start, we barely get enough for our own table. I even had a public executions a few weeks ago, hoping they would get the message that we weren't happy with the current production. Still no luck.
