2 AGAIN today.I didn't check again before closing them up for bed.I checked all around where that one OEGB, got one from the other and one from the 2nd sumatra hen in the nest boxes in small coop. and one of the sumatra hen's have been hanging out with my 2CWB"s. Nothing

.Anyway I had saved up the egg's and set 6 in the bator toady and put Yet ANOTHER 12 in on the 14th. In hatcher.Hope more of those hatch than the last one's

.At least my silkie is still sitting on those egg's so maybe she can get those hatched.Looking forward to my 2 egg's again tomm. lol might luck up and have 3 or 4.

25 again yesterday from our 30 GC's but one was a mega-egg and it had a thin shell and I broke it when I was cleaning them. The thing must have weighed over 3 ozs and it was a single yoke. I'd give them more calcium in their feed but a couple of people who I sell to at work mentioned that my eggs were hard to crack open in the morning. I guess I just have to live with it until the Youngster laying them settles out and lays normal size nice big brown eggs...

Just getting started this week. One more egg today. Have 3 Sex Link Hens that are pacing and are in and out of the nesting boxes...maybe tomorrow.

The girls only gave me 8 for 20. I wish they would have laid at least two more as that would have made 2100 for the year to date.

26 from our 30 Gold Comets!!! A new record!!! I only saw a couple of small or medium-sized eggs when I got them in late this afternoon and I got 24 at that time. When I went back down at 9:00 to lock them up there was another large brown one in the nesting box. Apparently one of the 11 new Youngsters likes to lay late in the day.
