10 out of 42, but 13 are not old enough till March. This is up from the 4 I have been getting all winter. It warmed up this week in Florida and that has helped. How excited I get when I get eggs.
Out of my six ladies, who are all 21 weeks old, only one has started laying -- although 2 more have started doing the "mating squat", which if the first girl is any indicator means they should start laying in the next week or so. The other three -- no signs.
Blanche, my one layer, has delivered a lovely blue-green egg every day for the last 15 days since she started laying, and today NOTHING!I wondered if she was going to be able to keep up the daily grind.
