We have ten RIR hens that just started laying recently. I get 8-10/day. Today I got 9. When they first started they were all double yolkers. That was so cute to see those little eggs with two little tiny yolks! Now they are bigger eggs, single yolks. I couldn't be more proud of the girls! They hatched on St. Patty's Day. I have five Americauna/Easter Eggers that haven't started to lay yet, they were hatched on May 25.
