We got 14 with 17 hens. That's a record for us. We have 4 hens from last year and the rest are from May.

four from four Rose Comb Leghorns and the customary one egg from two lavender favorelle/orpington splits.

We've finally gotten back to non-slacker numbers! Getting 3 eggs a day out of 4 hens. When they were in major moly mode we were only getting 1 every few days! I was scared that we were going to have to buy eggs for awhile!

Most of ours besides the German, serama, one blue splash cochin, and BC are just reaching laying age so I'm not being to hard on them.

It's been hit or miss with eggs with long dry spells in between so anyday that we get an egg is a step closer to the goal!

1 egg from Gracie (a young sex link). She hardly ever misses a day.
Zero from the other three (I guess semi-retired!!) hens.

I'm waiting for the red pepper treatment to kick in!
