I made 3 different duck egg sammich spreads today. In order are onion & gamasio, Seracha & red pepper, and pesto & gamasio.

@Beaglegal they're pretty tasty. I pretty much followed a recipe like @CindyinSD posted, then folded in the spices afterwards. Clean up took longer than making them did.

How old are they?

picked up at TSC Labor Day weekend 2018. They started laying about 51 weeks ago

It could be then one of the Swedish... I will have to place a camera inside the coop . I weight it, and it’s 93 g while the others are 69g! Poor baby who laid this egg...

I haven't weighed any of mine yet. Is there a reason one should beyond curiosity or recording statistical averages? I had one or two really large ones that tasted great and had several yokes. As of now, we are getting a regular production of small to medium sized eggs. We just started laying in the last month so everyday it is exciting to see how many gifts were left for us! Yesterday, it was three.

I would say my Blue Swedish eggs are about 1-1/2 times the size of a Khaki egg. Gotta stagger then in a jumbo egg carton or they don’t fit lol. They are pretty big girls though and going on about 4 years old.
