Yeah but it’s cheaper than what I paid from a small farm:$2/egg. However, the eggs from the farm were fertile , so I incubated them instead of making scrambled eggs and now I have ducks laying eggs for me

Good return on investment.

If you had a choice... Would you choose 2 geese or 3 ducks? Both would be 1 day old when you get them, but you can't have both. All would be female.

Got 2 eggs today.. so the egg without shell from yesterday it was supposed to be laid today.
FortCluck, my grandparents raised geese along with ducks; however they were not raised for eggs, but for meat. I did not like their strong flavor but they were very good for backing. I remember that they were eating much more than the ducks and I loved watching them bossing around the ducks

I have my choice on the geese. I can order pretty much any kind. I've never had geese before.

The ducks are all mixed... Runner, Pekin, swedish blue, Magpie, and Ancona.

Zero... I have 4 ducks and chickens

Okay just know if you have drakes they will want to mate with your female geese which isn’t a big deal but probable. Same as if you had a gander he’d probably want to breed your ducks. My gander will only take advantage of a duck if she willingly gets into the pool with him. But drakes are as much a gentleman. And do you want to add to your duck flock? Really just depends on what you want.
