How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I got 2 eggs today, which is weird, since I only have one hen! She usually lays one egg in the morning, she just started laying this season and seems to be about every other day or so. Tonight I went to say "goodnight" to everyone and there was 2 eggs in the middle of the pen that were not there today. Could she lay 2 eggs in three hours, or did she maybe hide them and move them for some reason?

She may have hidden it. I read recently that they can sometimes hold chicks or eggs under a wing.

Seeing that giant egg is like seeing a 11 pound baby.... owwww

My chickens slacked Sunday and only gave 5 (out of 19) but the ducks just kept cranking them out. 6 a day. Go ducks! The chickens did better today but I think I have some older chickens who might be spent

Three eggs today, my older Appleyard has been laying consistency for about a 6 weeks now, one of the three younger ones been laying on and off for a couple of weeks. Today I had three eggs, now if I can get the third younger one going.
