Lol. Why is it so hard? I was adamant I wasn't going to buy eggs, but it's been 2+ months with no eggs and I was like "Ugh! FINE! I have to go buy eggs again at $6 a carton!" (My choice, as I only buy pastured) Like, I was so stubborn to actually start buying them again.

I feel your pain. I have had to do it 2X so far since October. Today my little bantam cochin laid an egg after a 2 week long break. I pay for mine too I only buy pastured also.

I have two Ancona girls that I hatched in June, and I'm finding one egg every morning when I let them out. I can't tell if it's one or both of them laying, but they started doing this wing flappy dance during the day.

Ouch, I hope whoever is laying the dino eggs stops before she suffers Sues fate. Everybody here seems to be back to regular eggs though the Saxony eggs are pretty big, but no dino three yolkers today.

I have been getting 1-2 eggs a day lately.
The drake is getting his green head back. I will say that means spring is not to far off....just cause it makes me feel better.
