We call that the walk of shame.Has anyone tried preserving their extra eggs? Was looking on you tube and saw some interesting videos on how to do that. Supposed to keep them good for over a year. I could really use extra eggs in winter- have to buy mine from the store.
You break the eggs into a bowl and scramble them, then pour this mass into zip-lock bags and close it with as little air inside as you can. Then lay the bags flat into the freezer so that it freezes quickly. The resulting tiles can be stacked up and stay fresh for 1-2 years.Has anyone tried preserving their extra eggs?
