She had me worried the other day as I thought she looked a bit “eggy”, but it turned out that the new kids just wore her out with their zooming about! I did catch her checking on the shared nest the other day, and she made a few of her sweet little quiet motherly quacks when she saw the eggs. So far, so good, but I do wonder if she’ll feel more pressure to lay now that at least one Muscovy is chipping in with the rent...
