How many Eggs did you Sell today?

I am officially selling my first dozen in the morning, DH is taking them to work for one of his partners. His wife is insanely jealous of my hens and wants them so badly. They live on the mountain with all kinds of predators, and sometimes joke about raising fox there are so many. So she really can't have any, but she wants a dozen eggs each week. I believe I will start selling them for $3 a dozen. I noticed in the Wal-mart to day that "all-natural" cage free brown eggs were $4.99, so I probably could get more, but I think 3 is a fair price.

I gave away my first half dozen today. LOL My husband took some produce we grew to my mom and he took 6 eggs too. She's the first to eat our eggs! I hope she enjoys. When my girls are all laying, I will be selling them for $2 a dozen.

None today sold out yesterday,the girls are working on restock. Heck dont even have any in the regular fridge for my own use.HUH?????????

lol 0 cause my hen is broody with 11 chicks lol,

But I'm nervous of eating her eggs when her chicks grow and she lays more. more so cause I've never had "wild" or "pet" chicken eggs, let alone brownish eggs. just the nice white ones from the store.

lol could experment on my kids and wip up some scramble eggs and french toast for them. and if they dont reject them I know they are yummy lol

but I'd love to sell some eggs.. use the money for feed for the chickens.. and food for the other animals. would sure help

I didn't sell any eggs today but I did sell 20 quail chicks,Thats just one step farther,,And its feed money
