In my flock this has really varied with a lot of different factors.
Time of year
Age of birds
Weather
whether they are molting
whether they are broody or raising chicks
whether they have eaten a lot of protein lately
I have around 20 birds now and have seen as many as one egg a day from each to zero eggs, depending on the various conditions mentioned above.
Your winter average is going to be lower than your summer average and very young birds lay a lot. It looks like you have some good laying breeds at least, I'd expect to get a lot of eggs!
