5 out of too many who aren't laying well

You know, if half my chickens layed as well as my quail hen "Yumi", they'd never take a day off.

TWO!!!! Our second girl started laying today.... her first egg was almost perfect but had raised white speckled bits on it, almost like bits of grit stuck to the shell, and was a slightly lighter colour than our other girl's eggs.
