1 of each should be enough. 7 lb feeder should be fine for 6 birds and will last around 3-4 days. I opt to put out extra bowls in the morning to spread the birds out since they're extra hungry in the morning, but those are only for the first hour or so.
My nipple waterer is about 2, 2 1/2 gallons but sealed so no evaporation and that lasts about a week.
Where you put it depends on your set up. I opt to have my waterer outside so no chance of leaking or moisture build up inside the coop. I have my feeder inside to protect it from the elements and deter rodents.
