How many feet is your coop? how many feet per chicken do you guys have, or you don't measure it like fish in a pond space?

I have 11.2sqft in the coop per lady, and 42sqft per lady in the run. I let them out to roam the 1 acre yard when I'm home. Like @3KillerBs I have a very mild climate, so I let them figure out what they want to do in the weather, I don't lock them in their coop, even during the crazy freeze last year they were out and about in their run scratching around in the snow.

16sq feet per chicken in the coop and run, but we also free range. The coop was converted from a shed so it’s huge for them and we only have a flock of 6. They free range on our 1 acre yard and don’t venture much into the forest.

I was wondering if it goes like the fish to pond size..as guide. Thank you so much for detailed answer

48 sq ft enclosed run (8 sq ft per bird)
Extended run 8 x 16 =128 sq ft (21 sq ft per bird)
Coop-Run-Extension= 206 sq ft (34 sq per bird)
