how many hens to how many cockerels when breeding !!! ???? !!!! HELP

I am not sure how many hen to put with how many cockerel with the following breeds

Pekin bantams
Brahmas
Polish/ Polands

The usual rule of thumb is 8 hens to one rooster to avoid over breeding. But I have never set up "breeding pens" so for a short term it may be different. I just have roosters and hens all together in a coop & free range. I'm sure someone else will have a better answer for you situation.
