How many here are actual backyarders vs. Farmers?

I am the living anomoly.

We are backyarders with 1/3 acre

We have over 60 birds ( chickens,two turkeys,one guinea,two guinea keets,3 muscovy ducks,3 silkies,6 bantams,11 quail)

We live in the city,just to the extreme left of the county line.

We filed "farm" on last years taxes and got back 3800.00+

Downside: my school loan took all of 3800.00+

so im a back-farm-yarder

or a farm-back-er

Backyarder here on 8 acres in the country. Wanna hobby farm but unsure how to do it. Even bought a tractor!

I'm on .7 acres in burbs but lots of woods around and 4 acre un used field next door where my chicken tractor lives. Feels like the country especially with all the predators. My yard is a certified wildlife habitat.
