How many mealworms can I feed my hens daily

I have come into a large amount of meal worms and I began a meal worm farm. My question is can I overfeed them a meal worms. I have five hands that are about 20 weeks old and I’ve just started laying eggs

Yes you can over feed them. They have high fat ratios. I give maybe 10-20 to certain birds a day (but not every day). However these are dried so it's more like 10-20 pieces rather than whole worms

A teaspoon and one 1/2 to a hen that is full grown is okay Daily but I only give to mine maybe every other day. The bag of dried ones says that a full grown hen can have a tablespoon to a tablespoon and one half tablespoon daily. But live mealworms are going to be higher in protein so I would make it more like a teaspoon to a teaspoon and 1/2 daily.
