We have a camp in Mercer next to Lake Wilhelm...I go with DH as often as I can in the summer to catch some pan fish.

DH goes up in the winter to ice fish...too cold for me. I wait at home and drool until he gets back.

Yes, we like fishing. Locally, we love Bennett Springs State Park for trout fishing, both fly and casting. We have been thrilled fly fishing in some of the mountain rivers of Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and Idaho. ~G

I am not a fisherman...... I am a FISHERMAN lol. Besides my baseball I love to fish. Saltwater and fresh water. I set the record for the largest Largemouth Bass in the lake my grandpa lives on. If I remember it was like 22 pounds.

Man... most fish in Oregon where I fish are tiny. 4-6 inch sunfish anyone? How about a 9 inch trout? Or a 3 year old bass that is just about 10 inches. A 10lb bass is a rare trophy. LOL

Yeah. I know, I suck... the largest fish I ever caught was a pike minnow on my SO's co-workers boat. (I now have a proper life vest of my own.)

The sea run ocean fish would be awesome to catch, but that license costs almost as much as the license to fish in the first place.

Crabs are really my preference.... I know, most of those are red rocks. Small suckers.

I wish I had a boat.
