How many roosters are too many?

You May Have to find most of them new homes :-(

I have 9 Silkie Roosters a Tenth that I just listed on eggbid
and 2/3 babies that may turn out to be Roo's
But I have seperated pens with only one roo in each 2 at most,
I do not want any fighting.
