I bought 4 started pullets from M. McMurry and they told me they were anywhere from 15-22 weeks old. I would like to have some idea where they are at. I'm new at all of this and was hoping this experienced community could help :)

I'd put them at the earlier end of the spectrum, say 15-17ish weeks. The last bird may be a touch older, or simply faster maturing. I think she'll be your first layer.

Thank you! I was trying to surf Google images to figure it out. I was guessing 20 weeks. One of the Wyandotts looks older indeed and the other Wyandotte looks to be the youngest and at the bottom of the pecking order. I'm certain she is the one that is 15 weeks. The white Ameraucana has her classic face feathers but the brown Ameraucana doesn't. It has been quite the adventure starting backyard chickens and I'm learning more every day. Thanks for the help!
