until my
3 brahmas, 1 giant jersey and 2 easter eggers
will be safe to be put in the coop with 4-6 1 yr old comets (2 might go by by)
I've read to wait until the same size, hence my question,
when what week would they be as big as comets?
they free range, even in winter as i snowplow trails/ground for them in the back yard,
but ill be getting the yung ones this spring,
i plan to place them when little,,when old enough in a caged area under my nesting buckets,
until i find out when to just open it all back up,
I'm thinking of making them there own door to go outside and of course feed and water and a heat lamp/ or heat pad
until they don't need it
