The pygmies should be stockier than the nigies. The pygmies we've had were more like little barrels with legs. Adorable but difficult to birth. Don't get me wrong, we had a few birthing difficulties with the nigies too over the years but only a handful of times out of 10- 25 does kidding every year for 7 years. We bred our pygmy girls to nigie bucks to help produce kids with smaller frames but still had delivery problems every time.
