How much Brewers yeast?

Hi Everyone!
I'm new to raising chickens & ducks. I have three white pekins that are about a week old and 10 Rhode Island Reds that are a few days old. I recently purchased 16ozs of Brewers Yeast from Thomas Labs and was wondering how much to add to their food. I've got a 50lb bag of feed for them and was hoping to mix the yeast in with the whole lot directly. How much would you recommend adding? Thanks in advance!

I assume this is for the ducks? You may want to ask in the duck forums for that information.

For ducks, we go one tablespoon per cup of feed.
