Our new in-progress coop is 5' x 10' and the roost is along one 10' wall. How far away from the roost is it safe to put feeders and such? (no poop board). The roost itself is about 14" from the wall so I have about 46" of space. I should mention that right now, our coop is about 4' wide and the roost is maybe 8-10" from the wall and nothing seems to get in the water but I know they bigger they get, the further away their poop might land.
