how much crumbles can a chick eat

i'll have to go out and get some crumbles this weekend ... right now a friend loaned me a gallon bag of it

my chicks are 2 weeks old .... there are 3 of them

i don't want to end up grabbing a 50 pound bag of crumbles and them only eat 25 pounds before they move on to the next stage of feed

get the big bag, they will eventually use it all, you can feed starter/grower along with the layer if you have any left at that time. After you give back the borrowed food, you will be just about ready for a new bag anyway.

They eat more than it seems possible to put through such little bodies!!

You don't have to worry about a 25lb being to much.

25 lbs of starter crumbles will last for your two chicks just fine.
