My sebrights are larger than standard. They aren't hard at all to raise. The sallest bred ones are what I'm told have the biggest problems. Mine free range. I'm down to one roo because my two hens went broody in a fallow field next door. Something found them before I did. The remaining roo really gets out there foraging now that he doesn't have hens to keep up with. It's about 10 foot to the edge of the roof on my shed and thats where the sebright hens use to land when the LF roo's would try to chase them down. 6 foot is no problem.
