Yikes, no never 16% I definitely want to stay 17%+I’m leery of lower protein feeds. I accidentally bought 16% and my girls were eating feathers.

Yup it was a totally idiotic thing on my part.Yikes, no never 16% I definitely want to stay 17%+
Hey I know.....mind farts happenYup it was a totally idiotic thing on my part.
Pellets are much better in my opinion. Less dust for sure.I had them on flock raiser but don't like the crumble (very dusty)
Yes, my crumble was very disappointing, it was 30% dust that they would not eat and wasted alot of feed. The pellets are wonderful!Pellets are much better in my opinion. Less dust for sure.
I used Nutrena but switched over Purina and was happier with the results. Faster feathering in chicks, they grew rapidly and just seem overall healthier than chicks raised on Nutrena. My ducks were also very robust and healthy on it. Just my experience with the two feeds. I purchased at TSC and wasn’t ever happy with the Nutreyeven though others have liked it.I am going to finish this bag of feather fixer then switch to nutrena all flock. I did like the FF better but I need to keep a healthy Romeo and he's a pet so hopefully sticking around for awhile
Weird, mine are skinny and not at their peak on purina, that's one of the reasons I'm switchingI used Nutrena but switched over Purina and was happier with the results. Crazy! I don’t know, maybe it’s about how fresh the feed is and where a certain one is more popular so it doesn’t sit.Weird, mine are skinny and not at their peak on purina, that's one of the reasons I'm switching
Maybe, I have been noticing my rooster and most hens are lighter and their breast bone is very feelable (I know, not a word).Crazy! I don’t know, maybe it’s about how fresh the feed is and where a certain one is more popular so it doesn’t sit.
