Most of my pearl guineas are around 5-6 pounds, but maybe mine are heavy!

Jumbo guineas weigh more.

I got mine from Metzer Farms as "Pearl guineas" Could they be jumbo?

Metzer only lists Pearl Guineas. They do not state whether they are standards or Jumbos aka French Guineas. However the listed size for Jumbos is 4 to 7 lbs.

I haven't weighed mine, but my pearls are larger on average than my chickens, so 5 pounds or so on average wouldn't be unusual.
