How much does weather matter?

So Fall hit hard here is Wisconsin. 90's two weeks ago to 60's and no sun. My girls are 16 weeks tomorrow. Maybe this is a stupid question, but wondering how much the weather is going to play in when they will start laying? Just wondering if this will set them back or not?

The cold weather won't keep them from laying, but the shorter periods of daylight will. How old are your hens?

Weather changes will effect egg laying... To what degree depends on the breed and the extremes of the changes...
