How much duramycin-10 in an automatic waterer?

Now I have another hen sounding like she's having trouble. She's breathing with her mouth open and I can hear her breaths. I have the duramycin-10 but have not given the flock any yet.
Please help me figure out how much to add to their automatic waterer. I'm lost and I don't want to lose any more chickens!

There should be instructions about how much to add to a certain number of gallons of water. You can divide that amount down to a usable number for a watering bowl. I don't think that would work with an automatic watering system. Do you have any idea what the problem is? Do they have a clean coop and plenty of ventilation?

I just let them out of the coop this morning and everyone seems fine. I guess I'm just paranoid after watching Katie's extremely rapid demise! I clean their coop each week and they have plenty of ventilation. From about 7am until they go to bed, they free range. They're pretty spoiled actually!
